AI-empowered Digital Talent Program: Building a Resilient Learning Organization from Digital Tools to Data-driven, AI-powered Decision-making
SDG 4 QUALITY EDUCATIONSDG 8 DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

AI is growing exponentially. While adopting new tools is important to stay competitive, it is even more critical for corporations to build sustainable digital savviness and workplace resilience. FENC launched the AI-empowered Digital Talent Program to lessen employees’ digital anxiety as they adopt new technologies. The program improves employees’ digital maturity through systematic training and responds to their expectations for career development and skills enhancement, helping them retain competitiveness as the world embraces the wave of automation.

In the second quarter of 2025, FENC introduced the AI Innovation Learning Program, which consists of three core course series, AI Efficiency Assistant,  AI Expert for Collaborative Presentation and Data-driven AI Decision Master. The program was offered in two formats, livestreams and video playback. After the livestream of eight selected courses, the videos were uploaded to the digital platform for employees to review at their convenience. Designed with a hands-on focus, the courses covered more than 20 AI tools, such as NotebookLM, Canva AI, Power Automate and Copilot, and each session provides three hours of in-depth content to help employees integrate AI applications into actual business scenarios, such as project management, process automation and data-driven decision-making.

To encourage continual learning, inspire self-motivation, create the diffusion effect and foster an AI learning culture, FENC held a “digital learning hero” competition in the fourth quarter of 2025 as an incentive mechanism. Through the competition and resource integration, the total learning hours among all employees jumped by 59% compared with the previous period, and among the subjects offered, hands-on AI practice and data analysis were the most popular. These are signs that a data-driven learning culture is taking shape at FENC.

As FENC prepares for the future, the integration of AI will start with tool learning and efficiency improvement and progress towards process automation and AI-assisted decision support, phasing in data-driven intelligent decision-making models to enhance operational efficiency, build organizational resilience and help FENC achieve the mid- and long-term goals in digital transformation.
