Management Framework
FENC evaluates the risks and opportunities brought by climate change and responds with concrete strategies. We believes that natural resources are meant to be shared among all humanity, hence regarding energy and resource efficiency as the means to prevent resource depletion. With a strong commitment to protecting natural habitats and resources from pollution.
Environmental Sustainability Policy
The Environmental Sustainability Policy received the Board approval in March 2026 as the overarching guiding principle for environmental management at FENC. As the highest entity governing the implementation of this policy, the Board established the Sustainability Committee to steer corporate sustainable development, overseeing the progress of advancing sustainability targets and environmental performance, while senior management is tasked with spearheading policy implementation. This top-down governance structure ensures a seamlessly integration of the policy with FENC’s overall operational strategies and risk management processes, fortifying operational resilience and sustaining value creation for the long term.
