On March 26-27, Far Eastern Ishizuka Green PET Corporation held a training course on "Seven High Efficiency Habits" for management cadres. In addition to sharing management skills, we also hope that colleagues can lead by example and continue to improve. By enhancing personal character and humanistic literacy, we can promote cross departmental understanding and cooperation, accelerate the resolution of various on-site issues, and create an organizational culture that can motivate and grow together.
Chen Ruolan, the head of the Tokyo Factory Management Department, stated that the "Seven High Efficiency Habits" are not just about knowledge or skills, but more importantly, about adjusting one's own thinking and attitude. She hopes to gradually practice them in daily work, accumulate trust relationships with the team, and improve cooperation effectiveness.
The head of SSP at Himeji Factory's production class, Daiki Negishi, shared that the concept of "one's own weather is determined by oneself" left the deepest impression on him. For example, when receiving corrections from a supervisor, choosing to feel discouraged because of being blamed or thinking about what needs to be corrected to avoid repeating the same mistake in the future will lead to completely different actions. In the future, we hope to promote this concept to more subordinates and colleagues and create a positive workplace environment.
