Under its Circular Economy Leadership strategy, FENC continues to scale its closed-loop manufacturing ecosystem through recycled polyester innovation, CCU-based materials, and textile-to-textile recycling models. In 2025, green products accounted for 41% of revenue, while the company implemented 71 energy-saving and carbon reduction projects, reducing GHG emissions by 23,761 tCO₂e. FENC’s recycled PET resin also demonstrated substantially lower carbon intensity compared to conventional materials, reinforcing its role as a key enabler of global low-carbon supply chains.
Under its Green Leadership initiative, FENC has embedded decarbonization into its core business strategy through a comprehensive low-carbon transformation roadmap focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, carbon capture and utilization (CCU), and raw material transition. Through the systematic execution of these initiatives, the company reduced Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 40% in 2025 compared to its 2020 baseline, surpassing its interim target ahead of schedule, while increasing renewable electricity consumption to 260 GWh, representing 18% of total energy use.
FENC’s Investment in People initiative reflects its commitment to building future-ready leadership through a structured, data-driven talent development system. By integrating objective assessment tools with Action Learning methodologies, the company identifies high-potential talent and engages them in solving real business challenges across global operations. The project successfully converted talent investment into measurable organizational performance, achieving an ROI of 213.8%. This approach has strengthened succession pipelines, improved operational performance, and reinforced diversity, equity, and inclusion across leadership levels.
In the area of Responsible Digital Practice, FENC has established an enterprise-grade Responsible AI Cybersecurity Governance Model to strengthen digital trust across its global operations and supply chain ecosystem. By deploying autonomous AI agents, integrating cloud-native threat detection, and embedding continuous risk monitoring into operations, the company has shifted from passive compliance to proactive governance. In 2025, FENC reduced cyber threat detection and incident response times by more than 40%, while adaptive AI phishing training lowered internal phishing click rates from 23% to 6%.
As industries continue to navigate climate transition, technological disruption, and evolving stakeholder expectations, FENC demonstrates that long-term competitiveness is built through continuous transformation rather than isolated initiatives. By embedding innovation across manufacturing, people development, circular value creation, and digital resilience, the company continues to strengthen its ability to create sustainable value while contributing to a more resilient and low-carbon future.
