A healthy workforce is the cornerstone of corporate sustainable development. Since 2003, the Health Promotion Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has been promoting the healthy workplace initiative, assisting companies in creating a quality working environment beneficial to employee health. To date, more than 30,000 companies have joined in. To enhance and promote a culture of healthy workplace, the initiative transitioned into the Self-assessment of Workplace Health Promotion program in 2025, which encourages the adoption of the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle at the workplace to build a health promotion framework. FEFC and Kuanyin Dyeing and Finishing Plant have been active promoters of a healthy workplace and dedicated efforts to improve employee health. Both have completed the assessments and received the accreditation in November and September 2025, respectively.
