Since its inception in April 1997, FEFC has maintained a 28-year streak of zero lost days due to disabling occupational injuries. As of December 2025, the plant had accumulated 11.31 million hours without disabling occupational injuries. The plant has also been participating in the zero-accident campaign held by the Industrial Safety and Health Association since 2006, registering 8,238,891 accident-free working hours, which have been validated with a certificate.
