WiredScore evaluates a building’s overall performance in areas such as the quality of digital connectivity, capacity design, system resilience and ICT security to ensure corporate resilience amid high operational demand. SmartScore focuses on smart system integration, user experience, data governance transparency and sustainable operation indicators, assessing the maturity and long-term operational capabilities of the smart management framework of a science park. Tpark’s ability to obtain the dual Platinum certifications attests to the robustness of its smart buildings and digital infrastructure systems, which aligns with international standards applied towards smart parks.
