FENC established Sustainable Development Principles in 2014. FENC amended the fourth version in 2025 based on the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies issued by Taiwan Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange.
FENC has a sustainable governance structure which combines corporate sustainability with its core strengths. In 2014, the Sustainable Development Principles was established as the highest governing principles for corporate sustainable development for FENC as well as its subsidiaries under the Production Business. In 2025, FENC amended the Sustainable Development Principles by referencing to the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies issued by TWSE and TPEx, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and existing FENC policies. The amendment was approved by the Sustainability Committee on February 25 and the Board on March 11.
Sustainable Development Principles
FENC promotes sustainable governance with a top-down approach with unified policy on its path to sustainability. Corporate sustainable development is integrated with the Company's core businesses. The BOD serves as the highest governing entity, establishing Sustainable Development Principles that is tailored to FENC and its subsidiaries. The principles exemplify the Company's commitment to sustainable development, and determination to strike a balance among environmental protection, social inclusion and corporate governance.
